A water main exploded in the streets of Kyiv, Ukraine with such force that chunks of asphalt were sent flying over a two story building.
The entire accident was captured on video by a set of security cameras.
Fortunately no one was hurt, but a few vehicles and buildings were severely damaged by the blast.
A mushroom shaped “bubble” of mud and water was seen blasting upward with the force of a small bomb.
The accident was caused by a hydraulic test conducted by the water authority on pipes that were installed in 1979.
