Miranda Kay Rader, a 19-year-old student at Texas A&M, wanted to send her boyfriend something she knew he would like. Clearly a topless selfie taken from the driver’s seat of a moving car was the best possible option. While driving drunk and taking nude photos of herself, the careless college student slammed into a police cruiser. Fortunately nothing but Rader’s dignity was injured in the crash.
John Sartell, the officer in the cruiser, reported that Rader was desperately trying to cover herself with a shirt and bra as he approached her window. “I asked her why she was not dressed while driving and she stated that she was taking a Snapchat photo to send to her boyfriend while she was at the red light,” said Sartell according to Heavy News.
On Twitter, the City of Bryan Police Department wrote,
“Don’t Drink and Drive! Don’t #snapchat photos to your boyfriend and drive!”
Rader was charged with a DUI, issued a citation for minor in possession of alcohol, and released after posting bail. The Bryan Police also wrote about her charges on Facebook,
