Brittney and Janet with MMA Candy show a standard Jiu Jitsu technique known as a Guard Pass. There are actually many ways to pass the guard and this is just one way of doing it. You might not have a training partner quite like her but it’s “informative” nevertheless.
Put your hands on your opponent’s arm, push down, stand up with the leg on the same side as the opponent’s arm that you’re holding, pull the arm straight up, push their knee to the floor, shin on thigh, gable grip behind their neck, swing your next leg around now, and here’s our favorite part, you go chest to chest.
