22-year-old Lane Pittman, a church youth coach and student, was arrested on the 4th of July for playing the Star Spangled Banner too loudly on a public street.
Pittman was sober, and given permission from officers to play on the sidewalk, but once a crowd showed up so did more police.
After the national anthem, he switched to some Ted Nugent and was quickly escorted to the back of a police car.
